I say tacos, but you could really make this delicious recipe and eat it with some rice or over pasta.

What you’ll need:
4oz oyster mushrooms finely cut into strips
1/2 yellow onion sliced into thin strips
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves of garlic crushed
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp tomato paste
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp of worchestire sauce
1. Start by heating a pan over low-medium heat, add your olive oil, and then your onions and garlic. Once your onions are translucent, add your spices and mix.
2. Add your mushrooms. I like to keep these thin (think chicken strips). Mix again.
3. Add your soy sauce, maple syrup, worchestire sauce and mix again. Let this sizzle for 7 minutes.
4. Finally add your tomato paste, mix, and serve!
